Vates Choker

Vates — Latin for seer, prophet, poet.

A dense chainmail weave extends outward from the center, forming a symmetrical centerpiece that draws the eye down toward a single spike falling against the chest. Only then do the subtler details reveal themselves: ornament-like lines continuing along the neck, framing the central weave without competing with it. With every movement, the steel catches the light and shifts across the body.

There is something ritualistic in its symmetry - deliberate, ceremonial, almost talismanic.
