Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Ignis Fatuum voluntarily extends this return window through day 30 after receipt. This voluntary extension does not limit or replace your statutory rights.

Conditions for Returns

Please return items in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value. This does not remove or limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after I have confirmed receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at shop@ignisfatuum.com as soon as practical. If possible, a message within 48 hours with photos helps me resolve the issue quickly, but this is a request and not a deadline. Your statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected. Necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items will be covered by me.
