Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Conditions for Returns

• —Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition
• —Items must be returned in their original packaging (velvet pouch)
• —Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after I have confirmed receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at shop@ignisfatuum.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage.

I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by me.
