Processing Time

Every Ignis Fatuum piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 21 calendar days for crafting and careful packaging before dispatch.

Current destinations, shipping services and rates are available on Shipping page and are confirmed at checkout.

Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from the processing time. Tracking information is provided whenever it is available for the selected shipping service.

Packaging

Each piece is placed in a soft velvet pouch and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email whenever the selected shipping service includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
