Every Ignis Fatuum piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be crafted, carefully packaged, and shipped to you.

Packaging

Each piece is placed in a soft velvet pouch and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Tracking

All orders are shipped via DPD Classic and include full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Excluded Regions

I currently cannot ship to the following regions:

• Denmark: Greenland, Faroe Islands
• France: Overseas territories
• Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino
